Return Policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our return policy is structured as follows:

• Stock Items (In-House Inventory): Products we keep in stock can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

• Non-Stock Items (Special Orders): Items sourced specifically for you from our suppliers are subject to a restocking fee, as many of our suppliers do not accept returns. The exact fee depends on the supplier’s terms and the product type.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be processed.

Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following warranty coverage:

• Used & Refurbished Items: All used and refurbished products come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

• New Items: All new items are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects and failures under normal operating conditions.

• Extended Warranty: In some cases, we can offer extended warranty options upon request. Please contact us before purchase to discuss extended coverage.

Exclusions & Conditions

• Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, or modifications.

• Returns must be in original packaging and condition.

• Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection and approval.
