What is the Bosch Rexroth R911421015?

The XI521001 communication module enables the connection of devices with an RS232 interface in a ctrlX I/O station.

Serial communication works independently of the higher-level bus system in full-duplex mode with up to 250 kBaud. Receive buffer and transmit buffer, each with 511 bytes, enable the rapid transmission and reception of larger cohesive data.

The logic and peripheral voltage supply as well as the EtherCAT-based module communication are routed through the module.
