On PCBs, in control cabinets or for connecting lights – pluggable installation connectors from WAGO allow you to establish connections according to a huge variety of requirements in next to no time. The mechanical coding and color coding of the pluggable installation connector ensure error-free installation of the individual components – including protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). The SMI (Standard Motor Interface) protocol is an interface for activating electrical drives, such as those built into sun protection equipment (roller shutters or sun blinds). Pluggable installation connectors with B coding from the <i>WINSTA</i>® MIDI line are available in pink, light green, or gray, allowing you to distinguish different circuits, for example for pumps, lighting, or sun blinds. Usage-specific pole marking is possible as well. Important parameters in the selection of a pluggable installation connector are the rated current and voltage: They tell us about the product's domains of use.
