PCB terminal block, 2065 Series, 0 °conductor entry to board

Our PCB terminal block (item number 2065-101/998-403) makes connecting wires quick and easy. You can rely on trusted safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a wide range of applications when designing your devices. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 7.5 and 9.5 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes PUSH WIRE®. Our PUSH WIRE® connection uses the stiffness of the conductor to overcome the clamping spring's contact force, allowing you to clamp the conductor in place more quickly and easily. Dimensions: (2.3 x 2.7 x 8) mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 0.75 mm².

The contact surface is coated with tin. A push-in is used to operate this PCB terminal block. SMD is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 0°..

In terms of size, the 2065 Series focuses on the essentials and boasts an elegant design. A contact frame and spring – that’s everything required to reliably connect solid and fine-stranded conductors. The silver rectangular contact with its seamless tunnel cover and rounded edges makes it particularly robust. The terminal block is also extremely slim, saving space on the PCB and reducing on-board shadowing. The conductor entry is slanted upward to make wiring easier. The frame’s openings not only allow termination of fine-stranded conductors via the clamping unit, they also allow a clear view of the technology behind it.
Notes
| Safety Information | Notice: Terminal block without insulation housing! Protection against accidental contact must be provided at voltages higher than low voltages (e.g., SELV/PELV) for the relevant application. |
| Note | The ratings are based on an example pin spacing of 6 mm.The layout must meet the requirements of the insulation coordination standard EN/IEC 60664-1 and applicable end product standards. |
