This communication module is part of the Modicon M580 range, an offer of Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC) and safety Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) with built-in Ethernet. This communication module enables M580 platform to use RTU protocol exchange with RTU stations. This ruggedized product can be used in more severe environments, and operate in an extended temperature range, from -25°C to +70°C/-13°F to 158°F. This module can help hybrid manufacturers to achieve better, measurable, earlier ROI and Up to 100% returns on their project investments in less than three months. It supports up to 64 RTU devices when module acts as Client/Master. It complies with M580 Hot Standby system. The module dimensions are 32x86x131mm, and it weighs 0.38kg. This product meets the needs of our customers from Smart Infrastructure, Water and Waste Water, Consumer Packaged Goods, Mining Minerals Metals, Data centers and Power generation.
