Basic license for mapp Plastics. This license is required to use the advanced functions in the mapp Control Technology Package that are related to machines in the plastics industry. The license includes e.g. mapp Clamp (operation of a clamp), mapp Inject (operation of injection and plasticizing), mapp Ejector (operation of an ejector), mapp InjUnit (operation of an injection unit), as well as other basic functions of a machine in this sector. Typical applications:

Functional scope:

When setting up mapp Plastics, a wide range of functions are available for the step-by-step implementation of complex processes in the plastics industry. This makes it possible to easily preconfigure and parameterize your machine. Various functions are available for different process steps. For example, there are easy-to-use components that generate target profiles for clamping units, injection pistons, ejectors and more. Additional functions are also available, such as mold protection for the clamping unit, switching and dwell pressure during injection and a closed control loop for back pressure during plasticizing.
