Deviation Manager (lease for another 12 months per area) The DeviationManager app is intended for deviation monitoring and recording, assignment to a solver group, management and reporting. Creation and management of incident meetings. Analysis and assignment of deviations to participants. Easy-to-use visual ticket system for tracking of standardized PDCA processes for complete overview and control of deviations, assisting users in the sustainable solution of deviations. Role-related functions (team leader, solver group), cloning of cards accelerates the creation of similar deviations with other problem solving methods. PDCA workflow adapted to DDLR-relevant workflow. Adaptable to different incident systems via open WebService interface (e.g. MES ProMaster, Nexeed MES, KebMali, ...). Problem descriptions are imported directly from MES systems. Manual detection of deviations (safety, quality, cost, delivery). Connectivity between apps and base software. Integrated risk management, extraction from existing deviation.
